First Teaser: As sultry as it gets - Vidya in 'The Dirty Picture'

Vidya Balan has not shown much more - but the first look of "The Dirty Picture," inspired by the sexual icon Silk Smitha South end, he painted a picture perfect blouse paired with Itsy Bitsy delicious red lipstick.
