"This is not about me not trying to be helpful," Bergstein said under oath. "But every time I put something I crucified."
Speaking in a monotone soft most of the time, Bergstein said he had no staff or resources to sift through all the data needed to determine the exact amount, he wrote to zero. Bergstein repeatedly denied that his office computer, which he refused to allow an administrator of the image contains something that has to do with one of five companies into bankruptcy.
Most of the questions, he only said: "I do not remember", or his lawyer told him not to answer.
