The bad news for Fanboys: Deadline reports that Fox has begun to push the start date of the wolverine, following X-Men Origins: Wolverine, back in spring 2012. He had been appointed to start filming in February, but the studio may decide to wait until the star Hugh Jackman is ready to fire Les Miserables. Deadline to add that the rankings for Japan-film set was hard to find because of "weather-related considerations," considerations that could make all the production moved to Canada.
It is just the latest setback for a film that has seen more than its share of turbulence in its short history. Directed by Darren Aronofsky suddenly withdrew from the project back in March, citing concerns about being away from family for a long time. He was replaced by Night and Day by director James Mangold.
