Oscar-winning actress Mo'Nique and reality TV star Kim Kardashian have offered their support to Lindsay Lohan, calling for the troubled star's critics to "stop judging her".
The 'Mean Girls' star has endured a turbulent summer which has seen her jailed twice and sent to court-ordered rehab. And now 'Precious' star Mo'Nique has spoken out to defend the 24-year-old actress
, insisting Lohan needs to left alone so she has space to overcome her troubles.
"Stop judging her! That baby simply needs some help and if it was your baby, would you want to turn on the TV every night and hear people's horrible opinions and they don't know what's really happening? So the advice is for us. Stop judging that baby," she said.
Kardashian, who struck up a friendship with Lohan earlier this year, also sent her best wishes to her pal. "You just have to be supportive of your friends. She's a strong girl and I just wish her the best," said the socialite.
