The story of "cookie" is today's youth and how they can fight the evil of life. The director has tried to create a role model for young people wishing to today, Generation X, which can and must play an evil threat. Strength to fight, is in us, and we are the heroes of society.
First half of the film is full of fun, comedy and college campuses, where young people of the festival is in full swing. The second half deals with impacts on campus, and how young channelizes energy to combat and thwart the attack. The film revolves four characters - Angry Young Man Roxy, Gopu and sexy Kate with a comic character Bolly make a movie funny.
